2.0Will never use again. Canceled our reservation the DAY OF THE TRIP. Trip planned for months. Paid in full in advance. Called the day before our reservation/trip to confirm, received confirmation from the front desk about our reservation. Traveled to hotel, and was told our reservation was canceled in the morning of the trip. Stuck in steam boat with no rooms. Worst experience ever
This is a fine place to stay in a town with s lot to offer any visitor.

4.0The toilet paper is see thru. The TV's are 20 years old and the fact you have to pay for Wifi at $10/ day for 3 devices is insane Never again.
We love Steamboat. Our condo was nice, but lacked some modern amenities. Questionable do over.
6.0Close proximity to the slopes and easy access to downtown.
− Knives in kitchen are extremely dull and difficult to use. Wifi was only limited to number of devices. TV way outdated and even though instructions were given with regards as to how to connect with another device, 2 experience IT people were unable to get it connected. I haven't stayed at a condo/rental/hotel in the past 10 years with as poor television service. Not everyone skis and sometimes it's nice to be able to watch a little television.
