− On arrival the staff member on the desk did his job. That was all.
Couldn’t find a better location. Absolutely perfect, comfy spacious rooms and friendly staff.

− a bit dated , but otherwise great valiue for what we paid

− No lifts - and apparently this had been a problem for quite a while !!!! Luggage up two flights of stairs :(
