9.0Simple booking and checking in process. Done by WhatsApp / email / Booking.com messages. You simply have codes for the front door and bedroom door so you can enter whenever you like if you are later in the day. The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Not much in the location, but great for an overnight stop if travelling, I got straight on the main road in the morning. I didn't take breakfast as this is served from 0730 and I was gine before then.

6.0Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Personal sehr nett aber das Frühstück war nicht gut. So schlimmen Kaffee hab ich noch nie getrunken.

2.0Bij aankomst geen warm water dus 2 dagen niet kunnen douchen! Slechte verlichting in de kamer die kapot was en een halfbakken ontbijtbuffet, wat er echt karig uitzag! Uiteindelijk gaf men ons een korting op ons verblijf. Ondanks de gunstige ligging voor de kerstmarkt in Aken, echt een afknapper.
