8.0Uitstekende ligging, pal in het centrum. Ideaal dat je parking kan bij boeken. Ontbijt was zeer goed!
− Jammer dat de lift stuk was.
Het was een leuk en aangenaam verblijf.
7.0De ligging was goed ten opzichte van het centrum. Het pand (de bar, tuin, inkom, eetruimte) was heel mooi.
− Het geluid van het nachtleven (cafe's en restaurant in de buurt) was erg hoorbaar desondanks de dubbele beglazing. De kleine ergernissen werden aan de balie gemeld.
Wij hebben er ontzettend van genoten.
8.0De ligging, geweldig! Pal in het centrum. Super leuk als uitvalsbasis.
− De lift was stuk! 🤪 Vervelend als je kamer op de derde verdieping ligt maar iets waar niemand iets kan aan doen, ze waren druk bezig om het zo snel mogelijk in orde te krijgen.

7.0Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, heel vriendelijk onthaal en personeel. Goede plek om je fietsen te stallen. Heel mooi tuinterras.
− Onze kamer was aan de straatkant (Zuivelmarkt) en daar was veel nachtlawaai. Geluidsisolatie van de ramen was niet voldoende om dat tegen te houden.

10.0Wij waren in Hasselt voor een danswedstrijd en vroegen of we konden bijbetalen om tot 13u in de kamer te mogen blijven (dit stond ook als optie in de brochure). De heer aan de balie informeerde wanneer de wedstrijd was dn we konden nog langer blijven zonder extra te moeten betalen. Dankjewel daarvoor! De locatie pal in het centrum is ook top! We konden zo de straat over naar het restaurant. De lunch in het hotel was ook top!
− De lift was stuk bij aankomst, helemaal naar boven met valiezen was wat ongelukkig. De lift werd echter diezelfde avond nog gerepareerd.
