4.0The staff are not welcoming. My check in experience was not welcoming (the guy looked angry seeing me), no luggage assistance, requested for a dental kit and praying mat had to call twice to remind them. Breakfast selection needs improvement for people staying 4nights plus is a problem as the breakfast menu is pretty much the same.

8.0Have stayed at the Centro quite a few times and always enjoyed our stay. The price is very competitive, rooms are clean and comfortable.

10.0Everything is enough base on what you pay. Staff's are polite and helpful. The only weak point is that there is no smart TV in room.
