7.0Breakfast was very good. Staff are great. Location is exactly where we like to be. Room itself was very good.
− When we arrived to our room, there was no coffee, no kitchen towel, no dish washing liquid, no kitchen cloth or sponge and body lotion which when we questioned staff at reception, were told the hotel no longer provides the product. Yet other family travelling with us had all the products in their room. If this a cost cutting exercise by the management, they need to re-assess because all the other hotels we stayed on this trip and previous trips ALL have the products in the rooms. One more thing, you are the only hotel on this trip that would charge for ice to the room. Not good.

10.0A lovely hotel, great location and great staff. The layout and size of the room were fantastic, set up is like an apartment wth good size fridge and washer/dryer combo, and the king-size bed was very comfortable.
− At breakfast, food in the food warmers was only luke warm. However, the food was very nice, a reasonable range to choose from, with a choice of freshly cooked eggs.
Nice n comfy stay with convenience n affordability.
