− الفيلا اثاثها قديم ويختلف عن الصور الموجوده في بوكينغ

Showered in sewage water, then got scammed for a partial refund.

Furnishing was nice

− We stayed at this villa for 2 nights. Came back late on the first night, used the showers and quickly realized the water coming out of the taps smelled of sewage, so much so that the pungeant smell filled the entire master bedroom and we opted to sleep in the spare bedroom. This was the case for all showers in the villa. The next day, we spoke to the staff about this, and after they verified that the water was effectively smelling like sewage. After some discussion, they offered to let us stay at a different villa for the second night and we agreed they would refund us for the first night. Concierge and manager explained there would be no issue with applying for the refund through booking.com after we checked out. Once we got home, we submitted the refund request on booking.com and found out that the manager was declining the refund. Clearly they had no intention of ever giving us a refund and simply wanted us to check out without us giving them hassle knowing fully well they were lying to us. Under no circumstance would i recommend anyone to stay at this villa. Book at your own risk.

− Property needs little bit maintenance like polishing Door and windows and some paint work on wall. Need proper cleaning at back side of villa which is not visible from main door. Pond near villa entrance need cleaning. Rest everything was superb, Staff was very helpful and kind.

موقع المنتجع جميل بالقرب من البحر دقيقتين إلى 3 دقائق سيرا على الأقدام وتصل إلى الشاطيء ، المنطقة فيها مطاعم و كافيهات و فيه بعض المطاعم والكافيهات على البحر ، لكن للمعلومية منطقة الشاطيء فيها هواء اللي معاه أطفال يحتاط ويلبسهم لبس زين ، الفيلا مساحتها كبيرة ماشاء الله ، كذلك المسبح مساحته جيدة جدا ، الفيلا بها 3 حمامات أكرمكم الله ، بالنسبة للإفطار تحددون الوقت المناسب لكم و رغباتكم لدى الإستقبال ويحضرونه لكم في مطبخ الفيلا الخاص بكم ، أعجبني تحضيرهم للقهوة في إبريق لتحتفظ بالحرارة ، تنظيف يومي للفيلا ، بالقرب من المنتجع فيه ماركت جميل وصغير ، جميع الموظفين تعاملهم جميل ومحترم . الوضع العام أمان ولله الحمد .

− كثرة الناموس في كل مكان في الفيلا ، الفيلا عبارة عن غرفتين وصالة لكن كل غرفة منفصلة تماما عن الأخرى وبينهم مسافة فاللي عنده أطفال هالشيء ممكن يقلقهم ، خدمة المساج عندهم سيئة لكن موظف الإستقبال كان متجاوب ويشكر على ذلك .

It was a great stay overall. My family of 16 enjoyed staying together at the villa

The rooms in the villa were great. Close to the beach which also had a couple of restaurants. The pool was cleaned everyday and well maintained. The staff were always friendly and made superb breakfast.

− No option of mosquito nets. They sprayed the rooms every evening which helped a little, but we still gotten bitten at night. The location is also not too great. The road the property is on has money conversion shops that try to scam you and some of the shop owners are rude. Traffic to get out of batu belig is a little frustrating.
