10.0Overall great. It was a bit colder when we went. I wish they put heat lamps in outside seating areas in the evenings. I did ask and they put one but it needed time to heat up. But other than that - amazing stay!

10.0Everything was perfect. Someone who stood out from the rest was Felipo; he went above and beyond was very attentive to what we needed made us feel at home. The property is gorgeous.

10.0Fairy tale setting in Tuscany in a refurbished monastery. Very friendly staff. Easy to drive to nearby towns but definitely need a rental car. Wife got a massage and said it was the best one she ever had. Overall fantastic experience and would do it again.
