5.0− Only one elevator out of 3 worked. Had to wait in line to go up to room. Had to take steps to 7th floor numerous times Was double charged for my room and still waiting for it to be corrected Sofa bed comforter not clean Mattress very uncomfortable
The room was in dire need of repairs
1.0The only thing we liked was the courtesy of the staff.
− There was no AC in any common areas. There was only 1 elevator out of 3 that were working. When we checked out (a day early) we waited 40 minutes and still not able to get on an elevator. A very kind guest carried our luggage down the stairs to the lobby. We are elderly and my husband has medical conditions. The front desk staff didn’t care. They just sorry but didn’t sound like they meant it
