10.0La ubicacion y en general el hotel, la habitación y la limpieza. Buen desayuno. Excelente relación precio calidad!

2.0La ubicación es buena. Céntrica
− 1. El personal del hotel es poco y está sobrepasado. No tienen mucha atención al pasajero; 2. Estuvimos 4 noches en el hotel y en todas tuvimos que ir a buscar nosotros mismos el papel higiénico; 3. El sábado, dejamos la haitación cerca de las 10 am y cuando volvimos cerca de las 4 pm aún no la habían hecho. Tuvimos que volver a salir para que tuvieran tiempo de hacerla. Y la respuesta fue que estaban con poco personal; 4. Los ascensores estaban malos cuando llegamos, eran lentos y era mejor usar las escaleras de una vez por todas; 5. El desayuno estaba incluido pero todo lo que querías se lo tenías que pedir a una persona que te lo iba pasando. Por ejemplo, querías unas tostadas y no podías sacarlas tu mismo, era una persona que te preguntaba y te daba una o dos tostadas, y te pasaba un cubito de mantequilla. Todo muy muy medido; 5. Cuando llegamos, la habitación no tenía ni velador ni un bote de basura pequeño en la habitación. Pedimos que por favor nos cambiaran o nos trajeran un velador; 6. El edificio es viejo, y los enchufes tipo I, el que tiene 3 clavijas: dos en diagonal y otra vertical, cuando ya la mayoría de hoteles tiene la combinación C+I. Entonces requieres llevar adaptador; 7. En las piezas económicas no hay secador de pelo. En resumen: solo las piezas más costosas valen la pena, pero las económicas no cumplen con el mínimo: no son ni económicas ni buenas. Hay alternativas mejores por ese precio de todas maneras. No recomiendo el hotel y creo que hay alternativas mucho mejores por ese precio.
