5.0− Manque de propreté , la salle de bien est en mauvais état de fonctionnement ( évier rouillé et bouché) il y avait plein de cheveux au sol , de la poussière sur les meubles .

− The hotel does not meet 4‑star standards. The condition is more in line with a 2–3 star establishment, with dated décor, chipped floor tiles, broken cupboards, and sinks that did not appear adequately cleaned.

− Die Zimmer Ausstattung könnte etwas neues vertragen vor allem ihm Bad die Möbel sind schon abgenutzt und im Flur der Teppich ist auch nicht mehr ansehnlich ansonsten passabel

− No sé si es un problema de booking o del hotel pero cuando hice la reserva aparecía en servicios piscina y spa y resulta que no lo tienen y tampoco restaurante para cenar
