1.0− The toilet in the bathroom was wobbly, the edges of the shower had mold, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the pillows were small.

− The TV was set in analog mode. The shower floor was wet. The toilet was not clean. Someone took half of my laundry away as soon as the washing cycle was complete and I was there in time.

8.0Mrs. Beth was amazing. She turned my whole experience around. I had 5 kids with me and she was very attentive. She even helped me pic out activities for the kids. She is amazing and I will definitely be back because of her.
− Upon checking in when I went to front desk to speak with the evening employee at the desk was agitated about something and made the comment about it's f**king going to be one of those nights rudely before coming out to the counter to assist me.
