10.0Dostaliśmy bardzo piękny i przestronny apartament. Wygodne łóżko. Bardzo pyszne i różnorodne śniadania. Kawka i herbatka w większej ilości w pokóju. Cisza spokój. Polecam serdecznie.
− Bardzo zimno w salonie. Nie można było wyłączyć klimatyzacji.
Ihana hotelli, erinomainen asiakaspalvelu, hyvä sijainti mutta siivous olisi voinut olla parempi.
10.0Oli puhdasta aina. Asiakaspalvelu info tiskillä oikein erinomaista! Olivat hyvin avuliaita kaikissa asioissa. Jos tarvitsin apua ruokien lämmittämisessä tai ruokien säilytyksissä, he tarjosivat mahdollisuutta siihen info tiskillä. Antoivat selkeitä ja hyviä neuvoja kysyttäessä asioita. Jokainen puhui englantia, joten tämä on iso plussa. Sijainti on erinomainen. Lähettyvillä erilaisia kauppoja.
− Siivous oli vähän kehnoa. Eivät vaihtaneet huoneen juonalaseja/mukeja tai pyyhkeitä kun tulivat tekemään joka päiväisen siivouksen. Tästä piti huomauttaa erikseen soittamalla info tiskiin. Mielestäni siivoukseen kuuluu näiden vaihto aina.
