3.0− Multiple bugs in my bed, I don’t think het vaccumed my room either the floor was very dirty. And the walls are extremely thin could hear people having sex next door and struggled to sleep

− Extremely dirty and unhygienic hotel! I woke up with bedbug bites all over my body. This is absolutely unacceptable and a truly horrible experience. The hotel had called me and promised that I would receive a refund in connection with my negative review. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist refused to cooperate, and I did not receive my money back. Not only was the hygiene absolutely terrible, but the customer service was equally disappointing. Promises are not kept, and customers are not taken seriously at all. Terrible hotel, terrible service, and absolutely not recommended. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
