Komplett von A-Z war wieder alles PERFEKT. Der Servic ist super. Das Essen ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr Wohl.

− Das was nicht schön war, ist....dass der Urlaub zu schnell zu Ende ging. Aber da kann man niemanden eine Schuld geben. Ansonsten wüßte ich nicht, wo ich Abstriche machen müsste. Es gab einfach nichts zu bemängeln.

الغرف الخاصة بالمبنى رقم 8 كانت مجددة وحالة التكييف بها جيدة

− 1- لم اتلقى اى ترحيب من ادارة الفندق كما كان يحدث فى المرات السابقة ، وهو الامر الذى يشعر النزيل بالتقدير من عدمه 2-لايوجد تنوع بالاصناف التى يتم تقديمها بالمطعم ويتم تكرار الاصناف بصورة مملة 3- مستوى نظافة حمامات السباحة سيئة للغاية 4- يتم اعادة المياه التى تخرج من حمامات السباحة الى الحمامات مرة اخرى باستخدام مساحات رغما عن كون الارض غير نظيفة 5- لا يتم تغيير ملائات السرائر ويتم تنظيف الارضيات بمياه فقط دون معطر مما يؤدى لوجود رائحة غير جيدة بالغرفة 6- فريق الترفيه بالفندق يركز فقط على تجميع النزلاء فى صور وفيديوهات للظهور بصورة جيدة دون تقديم عروض ترفيهية فعلية 7- العروض التى تقدم ليلا بمسرح الترفيه ضعيفة جدا باستثناء الاستعراض الطائر على حمام السباحة 8- الموسيقى والاغانى التى يقدمها منسقى الاغانى قديمة وبعصها مر عليه 20 عام 9- المناشف التى يتم استخدامها لحمام السباحة قديمة ولونها باهت من كثرة الاستخدام 10 - بعض عروض الترفيه اظهرت غياب مفهوم الامن والسلامة ، فعرض الالعاب النارية كان على مسافة قريبة جدا من الجمهور ولم تكن هناك طفايات حرائق 11- فقدت زوجتى حلق ذهبى بالمسبح الاوليمبى ورغم اخطار ادارة الفندق بالامر لم نتلق اى رد 12 -يسمح بالتدخين فى المسبح الاوليمبى وهو امر غير صحى بالمرة 13- الشاطىء صخرى وللوصول للمياه يجب السير لمسافة كبيرة وهو امر صعب على الاطفال 14 - الفندق بمنطقة بعيدة عن الخدمات 15- متابعة مباراة مصر والارجنتين فى كأس العالم كانت فى اللوبى ، شاشة صغيرة وعدد كراسى اقل من 100 كرسى ولم يتمكن الكثير من متابعة المباراة او مشاهدتها 16- يتم اعطاء الاطفال ابناء الزائرين الاجانب تى شيرتات مطبوعة مشابهة لفريق الترفيه ولا يتم اعطاء تلك التى شيرتات لابناء المصريين ... الامر محبط ويولد شعور بالعنصرية تجاه النزيل المصرى 17- يقوم العاملين بالكافيهات بالمرور على النزلاء الاجانب لسؤالهم عن المشروبات واحضارها لهم ..اما المصريين فيجب الذهاب بنفسه لطلب المشروبات التى يرغب بها لقد قمت بزيارات عديدة على مدار 5 سنوات واعتقد ان تلك هى المرة الاخيرة نظرا لان ما تلقيته اقل بكثر مما قد سددته

المكان ممتاز استضافة ممتازة منذ أول يوم من طاقم الأستقبال خصوصا استاذة أيه وأستاذ باسم طاقم العمل يقدم كل ما يستطيع لأسعاد الضيوف خصوصا طاقم عمل مطعم مرحبا المطل على البحر الأكل دائما جميل المكان نظيف ويوجد ابتسامه جميله المساحات الخضراء كبيره ودائما خاليه من اي مخلفات Excellent place, special hospitality from 1st day from reception team especially Mrs. Aya and Mr. Bassem all team serve as best as they can to make guests happy especially team of Marhaba restaurant overlooking the sea always serve with good beautiful smile ,good food and clean space all green areas are clean

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were courteous, welcoming, and always helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. One thing we particularly appreciated was how quickly the concierge and housekeeping teams responded to our request for an additional bed for one of our children. They promptly brought a sturdy, comfortable single bed complete with a proper mattress and fresh bedding. It fit perfectly in our spacious room and made our stay much more comfortable. The overall ambience of the property was relaxing, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The quality of the amenities provided was excellent, and all facilities were in good working condition throughout our stay. The food was another highlight. The menu offered a great variety of dishes, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The service was prompt, and the staff responded quickly and professionally to any requests. The property was easy to locate, so we had no trouble finding it upon arrival. From check-in to departure, the staff were supportive, attentive, and ensured we had a comfortable stay. Overall, everything was very well managed, and we had a wonderful experience.

− While we had a wonderful overall experience, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the in-room TV channels were predominantly in languages other than English. Since the hotel welcomes guests from many different countries, it would be beneficial to have English set as the default language or to include a wider selection of English-language channels. Second, the hotel advertises activities for children through the Trixie Club, but during our stay, we did not find any organized activities for kids. Similarly, we did not observe any animation or entertainment programs around the pool area, despite expecting them based on the information provided. The aqua park is enjoyable, but the number of water slides is quite limited. While the existing slides are good, adding a few more attractions would provide greater variety and enhance the overall experience for families and guests. The beach area is clean and well maintained, but it is not particularly impressive. The shoreline is quite rocky, and the water remains extremely shallow for a long distance—you can walk approximately 600–700 metres into the sea and the water is still only around knee-deep, with much of the shoreline barely reaching ankle depth. Guests looking for a traditional swimming beach may find this disappointing. Finally, I believe the diving centre and water sports services should be more closely integrated with the hotel. When booking a snorkeling trip, I received multiple offers with different prices from different staff members. This creates the impression that prices are negotiated individually or influenced by commission rather than being standardized. A transparent and consistent pricing structure would provide a fairer experience for all guests, especially international visitors who may not be familiar with local pricing practices.
