4.0Front desk person spoke English well, breakfast was decent. Air conditioning didn't work in room, two smoke detectors were constantly beeping loudly all day and all night, WiFi frequently disappeared, hot water was rare, toilet didn't flush completely, no remote control for the TV. I'll never stay again.

El precio no refleja la calidad que debería
4.0Las fotos no reflejan lo que el hotel provee. Mi habitación fue la 403. A las 5 AM comenzó a sonar un chorro de agua que duró cinco horas. La caja fuerte no servía. La luz del closet estaba quemada. La puerta del baño sonaba al moverse y tenía una rendija hacia la habitación, además de una parte de vidrio templado, lo que disminuye la privacidad. Creo que, en general, el hotel está bastante descuidado en los acabados y detalles, lo que da una impresión general negativa. Les sugeriría cambiar las almohadas, que se notan bastante usadas. También sugiero prestarle atención a los cables sueltos (por lo menos poner canaletas); por ejemplo, el equipo de WiFi está expuesto a la vista en el hall central de las habitaciones. El desayuno estuvo malo. Sobre la limpieza, estaba ok. El personal fue super atento. En síntesis, la atención fue buena, pero la inversión en el hotel (calidad de las habitaciones, desayuno, camas, etc,) es baja para el precio que cobran.
