10.0The air conditioning is central and when the temperatures are high, the room gets very hot. Apart from this defect, everything is fine.

10.0There was a mixup at first about our reservation for 2 rooms but the staff were very helpful in rectifying it. Also they were very helpful in helping with our daughter who was very ill. Food service was also very accommodating and quick.
