10.0Liked most. Deidra and her team were very personable and nice. They took time to make my stay enjoyable. Alec dropped me off at some places I needed to go. The bedroom was great and the bed very comfortable. Nice residential area.

10.0Very clean. Very safe. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location with great views. Delicious food. Quiet and tranquil .It was so good that we extended our stay❤️ The staff goes all out with assistance of anything you’d need. The whole hotel is clean and smells good.

10.0From check in to check out, we received top notch service! Our friends recommended this lovely hidden gem! Small boutique hotel with minimal rooms that are quiet, clean, and cozy! Nice breakfast every morning and drinks in the evening! Always felt welcomed and well taken care of. Kudos to the lovely staff!
Amazing staff at the Grande Kloof
10.0We loved our stay at The Grande Kloof Boutique Hotel. The hotel facilitated our airport transfers. Our driver, Chrispin, could not have been more welcoming and fun. He was a wealth of information and pointed out places of interest both to and from the airport. The Grande Kloof staff was simply amazing. The breakfast chef was phenomenal. Her cook-to-order creations were almost as delightful as her infectious smile and charming personality. I would readily stay at the Grande Kloof when visiting Capetown again.
