2.0Do not book this hotel at the last minute if you are arriving late at night. I arrived, and the entire place was dark. There were no check-in instructions provided with the confirmation email, and the hotel would not answer the phone number. As a result, I was sitting in their parking lot until 1:30am, and hotels.com was not helpful at all. This hotel should not accept last minute bookings, if they are not available 24 hours/day, and it's concerning that they do not answer the published phone number. What would happen in an emergency?

8.0Ruhige Lage und mit dem Auto sehr praktisch gelegen, jedoch heißes Zimmer unter dem Dach. Praktische Küche, die allerdings etwas mager ausgestattet ist.

8.0Nous avons dormi une nuit dans un appartement au rez-de-chaussée. L'appartement est spacieux, propre. Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Seul bémol, il faut absolument une voiture puisque l'hôtel est assez loin de Rethymnon.
