I made an urgent reservation at Tulip City Hotel & Spa for my brother, whose honeymoon had unfortunately started with a very bad experience. I explained the situation to the hotel, and I would especially like to thank Mahsun and Hassan for their kindness, warm welcome, and professionalism. They truly went above and beyond to make my brother feel comfortable and ensure he could enjoy the rest of his stay. Their genuine care and attention made a real difference. A huge thank you to Mahsun and Hassan! It’s wonderful to meet people who don’t just do their jobs, but do them with genuine care and heart. The hotel is lucky to have such dedicated people on its team. You truly deserve this recognition!

10.0J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! 🏨 Le personnel est très accueillant, sympathique, professionnel et toujours respectueux. Un grand merci à Payam, Rohullah, Fatma et à toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur excellent travail. Tout était propre et bien entretenu, et le service était vraiment à la hauteur de mes attentes. On se sent bien accueilli et respecté du début à la fin. C’est un vrai plaisir de séjourner dans un hôtel où le personnel fait autant d’efforts pour satisfaire ses clients. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre travail, votre sourire et votre respect !
