2.0Plenty of parking and the staff were nice
− The bed was 10/10 the worst bed I have slept in and ruined my whole experience. The bed seemed really really old and hard done by. I was squashed by my Husband rolling into the middle. Upgrades the bed asap
Great, but would have liked to check in at check in time!
7.0The location was great
− We went to check in at 2pm, at check in time, we were told that our room would be another 15mins. Our room ended up being ready at 3.15pm. This was a major inconvenience, and something o had never experienced before. I request a late check out, which they obliged, but this seem a standard occurrence to them
