10.0Everything was great, clean room, view, good breakfast, location.... you have 20min walk to old town, 10min to jewish quarter, so all in all it is great place to be while in Krakow.
− Mattresses and pillows, this is the only thing that needs replacemant in my opinion, at least in the room where we were. It does not cost a lot, but it makes a huge change.
Skvělý hotel pro služební cesty a páry
7.0Pokoj je velice pěkný, skříň použitelná i pro uložení věcí a ne jen na ozdobu. Vybavení pytlem na špinavé oblečení a lžící na nazouvání bot není standardem, takže to potěšilo. Koupelna krásná, že se z vám z ní nechce odcházet a vybavená vším i pro zapomětlivé.
− Klimatizace se vypínala jakmile jsem vytáhnul bezpečnostní kartu ze čtečky karet. Takže po příchodu nebyl pokoj vychlazen. Pokoj byl orientován tak, že do něj velkou část odpoledne svítilo slunce a byl tedy značně zahřátý. De facto odchody z pokoje způsobovaly, že se stále vyhříval. Co mi vadilo ale nejvíce bylo to, že jsem na pokoji nemohl najít heslo na wifi. Volat na recepci se mi fakt nechtělo. Čekal bych, že bude na pokoji a ne nalepené na recepci, čehož jsem si po příchodu nevšimnul. Na mě byly postele příliš měkké. Očekával bych, že když po mně chtějí, abych zaznamenával spotřebu z pokojového baru, tak že tam bude na pokoji i tužka. Ovládání televize či přesněji smart boxu zcela neintuitivní.
