2.0Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is very nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great in terms of accommodation and comfort.
− Everything would have been perfect if it weren't for the problems with the invoice. We stayed at this hotel during a business trip and needed official documents (an invoice or receipt) to confirm our accommodation expenses and receive reimbursement from our company. Unfortunately, the hotel issued an incorrect invoice, and one night of accommodation for two people was not included at all. I contacted the hotel several times by email, asking them to correct the invoice, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Because of this situation, I am currently unable to get reimbursed for my accommodation expenses. As a result, I may end up having to pay for my business trip out of my own pocket. This is extremely disappointing, especially since the hotel itself is very nice. It is a real shame that the hotel has not provided any feedback or even replied to my requests. If you are travelling for business and need official documents for expense reimbursement, please keep this in mind and make sure everything is arranged correctly in advance. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and support has left a very negative impression, despite the otherwise pleasant stay.
