GM Charles has a bad attitude
2.0GM Derrick Charles has a very poor attitude towards guest who have issues. I was being double charged and gave me nothing but rude attitude because I wanted to know what was being charged. I told him he his attitude was sh*t, so he kicked me out a day early. He threatened to call the police and have me arrested for trespassing if I did not vacated within an hour. On my final receipt he wrote “banned”. I have never dealt with any hotel manager with such a disdain. I videoed my room as I left just to make sure they didn’t try something shady, better to be safe than sorry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL!!! As long as GM Charles is still in charge.

10.0Staff was very helpful and made check in easy! Our room is so roomy and clean. We have big dogs so plenty of room for them and they have hooks to hang leashes!!!
