10.0Extremely luxorious resort with friendly staff and amazing beach, pools, sauna and spa, and services overall. Also a very good location overall in Da Nang.

− Остались очень разочарованы отдыхом. Для отеля, который позиционирует себя как резорт, ожидания были совсем другими. Номера сильно устарели: мебель изношенная, ремонт давно не обновлялся, а общее состояние оставляет желать лучшего. При бронировании мы специально выбрали номер на высоком этаже, однако это пожелание не было выполнено. Сначала нас разместили на втором этаже, а затем перевели только на третий. Мы рассчитывали получить именно высокий этаж, как было указано при бронировании. Отдельное разочарование — общественный пляж. Очень много посторонних людей. Мы постоянно переживали за детей и личные вещи.Пляж был грязным, плохо убирался, повсюду мусор, что совершенно не соответствует уровню курортного отеля. Вместо комфортного отдыха получили неприятные впечатления.
