− Well our room was dirty. There were roaches, our appliances didn’t work (microwave,mini fridge) and the shower tub and toilet had hair all over it and stains.valet super un organized as well

Myself and several family members enjoy Embassy Suites, but after this last stay, not sure if we will be back due to the
5.0Free full line breakfast and happy hour drinks. Management was also kind.
− Towels not being available at the pool, no matter the time of day. The A/C worked at a forceful speed in the room, but barely blew at all in the living room, which caused the main area to be extremely warm. I was told housekeeping would come daily and they did not. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights and trash was changed once and towels had to keep being requested for the room!! Room wasn’t replenished daily with the coffee and tea items. Final comment to add was the maintenance worker JAVIER was very rude, aggressive, and spoke in a demeaning tone when he came to check the A/C hours later.
