10.0The tram to the airport is located right next to the hotel. Everything was great, from the front desk, luggage attendant to the restaurant - friendly, helpful, and excellent service. The bed was also very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Good and bad
6.0Great access from airport, you need to access train from domestic terminal. One stop and easy walk into hotel even with bags. As an Elite Marriott member it’s not acceptable to close the club lounge on a Friday at 12 and not open it until Monday. I paid for an exec room - they offer 750 points for the inconvenience- can’t get anything with that. Room as adequate but it’s noisy with doors banging with people checking in and out all through the night. Breakfast? You have to cross the street in the pouring rain to a different hotel, the Marriott renaissance where their “sister hotel” does the breakfasts for them - it’s not a buffet, it’s ala carte amd cost over $45.
