9.0Tal e qual como nas fotos, tudo ótimo. A piscina é pequena e baixa (1,20m no máximo) mas como tínhamos crianças pequenas era perfeita.
− O facto de haver uma taxa diária (25€) para animais de estimação que não está bem visível no anúncio.

9.0Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und geräumig. Es gab sehr viel Platz und die Ausstattung hatte alles was man so brauchte. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool oben auf dem Dach, den wir fast immer für uns allein hatten. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist nahezu perfekt, es ist wirklich alles fußläufig zu erreichen, zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafes gibt es. Flughafen ist auch nur 15min entfernt. Der Rezeptionist war überaus freundlich und hat uns noch eine Karte vom Ort mitgegeben und uns noch einige Sachen erzählt über den Ort. Sehr zuvorkommend.
− Leider gab es keine Waschmaschine im Apartment.

− Towels only get changed if you stay 7 nights or more. However there is a laundromat nearby.

5.0Die Wohnung ist recht geräumig. Auch eine fünfköpfige Familie käme darin gut unter. Die Nähe zur Avenid avorne an der Lagune ist ebenfalls positiv.
− Der Innenausbau ist billig. Nach nur vier Jahren Betriebszeit ist es deswegen bereits renovationsbedürftig. Die Schranktüren lassen sich kaum mehr bewegen. bei einem Raumteiler fehlt eine Hälfte komplett. Wir haben drei tote und eine lebendige Kakerlake in der Wohnung gefunden und es hat Ameisen. Ebenfalls als sehr negativ empfinde ich den Umstand, dass die Gäste in der Recidence sich ausschliesslich via Telefon an die Rezeption wenden dürfen und nicht persönlich wie die Hotelgäste. Dies kommt einer Diskriminierung von Familien gegenüber kinderlosen Paaren gleich, welche das Hotel bewohnen. Dass man als Gast der Residence nicht zum inbegriffenen Frühstück gehen und den Hotelpool nicht kostenlos benutzen darf, komplettiert diesen Kritikpunkt.
