− Сотрудники отеля на ресепшене недобросовестно выполняют свою работу! При заезде уже предварительно мною оплачено за отель, включая все дополнительные сборы (туристический налог, налог местный и тд), однако с меня еще раз удержали эти сборы при выезде, удержав их с возвращаемого депозита. Из 500 ринггит 117 ринггит удержали и не вернули. Получилось все налоги и сборы мною оплачены дважды ! Это незаконно
