10.0Tout était parfait le lieu la deco le confort le personnel l ambaice les repas. Les autres guest étaient très conviviales aussi ambiance petit chalet. On aimerait trouver des hôtels comme le vôtre partout dans le monde

10.0Cet Hôtel correspond parfaitement au standard attendu pour un 5 étoiles , tant par le charme et le confort des chalets que par le service haut de gamme proposé tout au long du séjour , sublimé bien sûr par la beauté des lieux et la proximité du mont blanc, très touché par toute l’attention du personnel, bravo!
− Le seul petit bémol : l’absence de climatisation dans les chambres ( séjour effectué pendant un épisode de canicule ) remplacé immédiatement par un ventilateur de qualité , grandement apprécié !

− We had booked the deluxe room which when we got there was stunning, but without A/C. Understanding we are in the alps i realise that A/C isn’t a thing but arriving in 34 degrees we had to downgrade to the classic room which are the only ones that currently have air conditioning.

10.0Tout ! le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel, le service est impeccable et le lieu est fabuleux.
− Ce sont de petits détails : Le service de navette fonctionne de 10h a 20h. Idéalement il faudrait pouvoir rentrer le soir tard (jusqu'a 23h minimum) Le spa ferme a 20h, c'est un peu tôt. On aurait aimé pouvoir en profiter jusqu'à 21h.

Please note that the restaurant "La Table de l'Alpaga" is only open in the wintertime and is closed on Monday and Tuesday evenings. However, the restaurant "Le Bistrot de l'Alpaga" is open daily for lunch and dinner.
