Bella struttura elegante e pulita. Molto bella

− Ho trovato poco corretto non avvisare al momento della prenotazione dello svolgimento di un matrimonio . Chiaramente qualche camera non ha potuto godere del dovuto riposo fino alle ore 2 , qualche camera era confinante con camere adibite per ospiti della cerimonia che in piena notte hanno fatto ritorno dopo i festeggiamenti . La strutta si presta molto bene a questi eventi ma per chi soggiorna per altre ragioni è chiaramente un fastidio non di poco conto . Vi consiglio di avvisare prima

Lovely stay in Tuscan hills

The room was large and very well organized, the grounds are lovely. Has a huge pool with very nice loungers with sun protection. Breakfast was typical for Italy, but was perfectly acceptable. Reception was great, super nice, informative, and helpful.

− The road to get there is narrow, but typical for the hills of Tuscany. Restaurants and bars are 15+ minutes away.

Misleading. Not the Experience They Sell

The location. The room. Noemi has been very nice and helpful with us.

− Our stay was a complete disappointment and fell far short of the luxury and relaxing experience this property promises. The location is absolutely beautiful and has incredible potential, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating. Our room was never cleaned during our stay, despite being informed that housekeeping would be available between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. When we asked about it, we were told that we should have specifically requested the service. This was never explained to us beforehand. The swimming pool is open to the public, which means it is crowded with non-guests. There were noisy groups, children playing ball, and a constant flow of outside visitors. Ironically, the hotel itself was almost empty, yet the pool area was packed with people who were not staying at the property. On top of that, the entire pool area was infested with wasps, making it unpleasant to relax. Breakfast must be ordered several days in advance because, according to the staff, they work with local producers and need time to organize everything. It costs €12 per person, yet what we received was four frozen croissants, Coop-brand yogurts, artificial fruit juice, and not even a single piece of fresh fruit. It was extremely poor value for the price and completely inconsistent with the explanation we had been given. Another major issue was that we were never informed, at the time of booking, that a wedding would be taking place on Saturday. Loud music continued until 1:00 a.m., making it impossible to enjoy a peaceful evening or get a proper night’s sleep. This property charges luxury hotel prices, but the service and overall experience are nowhere near that standard. Throughout our stay, it almost felt as though guests staying in the rooms were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. In the end, we decided to leave one day earlier than planned because we simply did not want to spend another night there.

− Needed to drive to get dinner. But that really wasn’t a problem with our plans.
