− The bed was way too soft, I have a back injury, the bed has aggravated my pain a fair bit. The sharp tile on the side of the spa sliced my wifes toe

A quiet, well‑located stay with lovely views, and easy walks to shops and boardwalk.
10.0Great spot with a lovely outlook — an easy, pleasant walk to the shopping precinct and just moments from the boardwalk. Clean, convenient, and perfectly positioned for a relaxed stay.
− A minor inconvenience on arrival — the kitchen and stove lights were out due to a blown fuse — but once reported, the team fixed everything promptly the next day. Overall, a small setback that was handled quickly and professionally.
