Very useful stay due to location.
7.0The location was very quiet with a useful restaurant over the road it was very handy for our tour through the area. The harbour a few mins drive away was delightful. The pub had a stunning carved door made from the dead trees of the dark hollows trees that were in the game of thrones. We had huge family self catering rooms with lots of beds.
− The staff had a very can't be bothered attitude to us arriving. They were a bit worse for wear in the morning. Maybe they'd had a very heavy night ! We were not impressed with their attitude at all. There were no scissors or toilet brush which we summarize as a bit lacking in provision's.

7.0Loved the friendliness of the staff. Great food in the bar, excellent muscles. Great location on the north coast. Entering through the bar your first impression is mixed. However the room was well appointed and good decorative order and comfortable.
− Breakfast staff were not as efficient as the evening staff. They were still friendly. If I had booked directly with them I would have got free breakfasts which would have saved me £20. Only one chair in a double room is poor.

− Les petits jeunes serveurs et serveuses devraient être moins "arrogant" avec les clients ne maîtrisant pas parfaitement l'anglais ! Sortez de vôtre village un peu !!! De plus, si déjà je suis client de l'hôtel, vous devriez savoir que je paierai ma consommation ! Eh ben non ! Ce petit "barman" voulait absolument que je le paye avant de consommer...du coup je l'ai payé en euro car ma carte était dans ma chambre....
