8.0Made to feel very welcome. A good breakfast. Good value for money. The car park is very large. The car park is also the parking area for a number of Laguna Coaches.
− The building and interior are now looking a bit dated. No evening restaurant or eating facilities during our visit. Walked into the town centre and found a local pub doing evening meals.

1.0Everything was below standard, there was care for the coach excursions but some neglect towards other customers.
− My room add an awful smell, difficult to breathe, both my daughter and I felt immediately sick when we entered. We opened all windows and couldn't sleep at all, it was like the smell was attached to the fabrics and carpets! The curtains were ripped, surely everyday housekeeping would have noticed/reported it and shouldn't be difficult or that expensive for the hotel to replace damaged/ripped curtains! Very disappointing, luckily it was only 1 night, a nightmare of a night! I do not recommend.

10.0I liked the room and the beds. I had a great night's sleep. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
− I missed having a fridge in the room. Having one would make a big difference, as it would allow guests to store drinks and food.
