1.0We didnt.! Inadequate.
− I booked the family room for 4 people (2 adults + 2 older teenagers) on 12th january and when we arrived after a 6hr drivig journey we were told the room was overbooked. This left us with a room which was unsuitable and inadequate for what we required. We required a room with 4 beds. Instead we got a room with 3 beds and a broken camp-bed which was unsuitable leaving my older son to sleep on the floor on a matress. The room had very little ventilation and in all honesty if we could have stayed elsewhere we would have done.
