5 star turns out to be 2 star
4.0Get a really good idea of what you are paying for before booking at this resort. Substandard based on the advertised ‘ greatness’ of this location. Not worth it plus over charged for all inclusive. Food is the same thing every single day and bland. Power is iffy and wifi is minimal. Cost our group extra for food and beverage and data. Definitely could have been much cleaner.

4.0eu não vejo a simplicidade como problema. Mas quando se vende “luxo” e entrega simplicidade com problemas, aí sim. Acho q a propaganda é totalmente enganosa. Mal cheiro pelo hotel Não tem roupa de cama no quarto além do lençol e cobre-leito q já estão na cama. Não tem tapete na área da pia. Água voltando pelo ralo no banheiro Não tem interfone no quarto, então qualquer problema vc tem q caminhar até a recepção, q é longe. A comida é super simples. Vc vê nitidamente uma comida reaproveitada com no máximo um molho por cima de uma refeição pra outra. A salada com cara de velha. A área da piscina com recreação pra adultos, numa vibe piscinão de Ramos. Os lanches são tipo pizza e pão com não sei oq Enfim.. como disse la em cima, vendem uma mentira. Não vale nunca o valor q pedem. Foi o dinheiro mais mal gasto de toda a minha viagem. Se eu soubesse da realidade do lugar, JAMAIS teria me hospedado. Assim, como não voltarei de forma alguma.

6.0As condições de manutenção do hotel deixam a desejar, a alimentação é bem aquém do que é informado. Os pontos altos são a equipe de recreação e a atenção da equipe de WhatsApp, em especial a Beatriz que nos atendeu nas demandas

8.0Achei o quarto um pouco deteriorado( lixeiro banheiro, guarda roupa) e havia uma barata no quarto. Até irei foto mas como a área é muito verde acredito q não seja por falta de higiene

2.0Resort em situação precária. Quartos com morfo, estrutura muito antiga. Áreas comuns sem conservação. Comida de péssima qualidade. Sem atrativos. Péssima experiência, não volto nunca mais! Não recomendo a ninguém.
