10.0Местоположение отеля для нам было крайне удобным и комфортным. В целом номера в отеле очень маленькие, в особенности сан узел, но это культура и особенности Японии. Кстати, несмотря на то что окна у нас выходили на дорогу, шумоизоляция настолько хорошая что не было слышно вовсе каких то шумов.

From Ikebukuro Station, the East Exit (North) and Exit 32 are nearest to the hotel.
DIRECTIONS: From either of these exits, go down the street between the HSBC branch and Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Bank (red signs, UFJ). Continue for about 984 feet, until you see a bowling alley. Turn left. The hotel is 164 feet ahead on the right.
