− Nao gostei de nao ter bar aberto nao ter restaurante para um hotel de 4 estrelas foi um bocado mau as cortinas do quarto estavam rotas o espelho da casa de banho cheio de ferrugem e mais coisas

5.0Quarto e cama. Limpeza do quarto.
− WC muito antigo, principalmente a banheira que necessita visivelmente de substituição. Na primeira noite foi quase impossível descansar pois até cerca das 3 da manhã um grupo de hóspedes andava na zona da piscina a fazer um barulho enorme e os funcionários do Hotel demoraram uma eternidade a resolver a situação. No pequeno-almoço acabaram as frutas, foi pedido ao funcionário para colocar mais, tendo o mesmo respondido que o iria fazer, mas tal não aconteceu.
Falta manutenção no edifico (quartos e jardim).
6.0Pequeno-almoço muito bom e variado
− Checkin muito mau. A funcionária ateimou mais de 5 vezes que eu não tinha nenhuma reserva, mesmo depois de lhe mostrar a confirmação na aplicação do booking e o débito do valor. Foi o colega ao lado dela que lhe veio dizer que ele já tinha encontrado e qual era o número da reserva. Para acabar nem um pedido de desculpas da parte dela… As portas do roupeiro não funcionam devidamente, nem a de acesso à varanda. O quarto era para 2 adultos e uma criança mas não estava inicialmente preparado para tal, depois de contactar a receção foi resolvido o lapso.
