10.0Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and even comical. Room was beautiful. and the location was incredible for walking to pretty much anywhere in the town.
Very nice property, it is a real palazzo
8.0The location itself is beautiful, everything is new or almost new, in the center if the ciry. This is a very old beautiful building which was completely renovated. Staff is very attentive and helpfull, they do anything they can in order to help. Driving to this location is very difficult, also the parking was very difficult to reach , streets are extremely narrow and steep. Rooms are very well equiped, everything is new, air conditioning is working very well . Special thanks to Veronica, she was great helping us with parking and baggage.
− The fact that for our room - in the anex- we did not have the right to buy breakfast. They say that there are not enough tables in the main building which is ridiculous, people do not eat at the exact same time. It was like in the main building they served the masters and we- in the anex- had no acces... Not a big deal in normal time, but this summer- with 40 degrees outside and no airconditioning in coffee shops- it was a real big problem. They could think about something simple- like serving a croisant..., but the way they rejected us was not normal. An other small but disturbing thing is that lights in bathroom and toilet are automaticaly turn on when you enter , without the possibility to turn them down. This is very disturbing at night , when going to the toilet will wake everyone... Rooms facing the main street are very noisy until late in the night and also starting at 6:30 in the morning. So ask for a room with a view to the beautiful nature of Tuscany.

10.0Everything was absolutely amazing. The ceilings are incredible. The staff (Veronica) was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was cute, cappuccino was amazing. In room coffee machine, ice machine, a fridge stocked with drinks for free was a nice surprise. The view was amazing. Location was perfect too. A few steps away to food and shops!

9.0The property is gorgeous. The room is large with walking closet and safe. Also coffee machine and ice maker in its own closet. The bathroom has a spacious shower for two. Complimentary liquor was available in the common area for free. Breakfast was generous with cooked eggs. The frescoes were all around including the ceiling in our room.
− Getting to the hotel using GPS was a challenge. By mistake we found the P6 parking the hotel uses. We parked the car and phoned for help and a few minutes later were met by a wonderful lady who helped with the bags and led us to the hotel. It was only about a 5 minute walk, but easy when you know where you are going.
