Guest review
10.0Friendly staff good food and accommodation.
It was comfortable, quiet and relaxing.
8.0Location is great, with easy access to several places. The breakfast was good
− The room was little too warm, we had to leave the top half of the door to roof open all night in order to cope and resulted in a slight concern about security. Although the breakfast was good, it was a bit more expensive (£18) than what we normally pay (£10-12). Therefore, I asked for 2 poached eggs (as I really like poached eggs) but only received 1. Perhaps, the breakfast person did not hear me.

Fablous
10.0Myself and my mum stayed at the Malt house for one night as we were attending a wedding. I managed to see if I could get my key to our room sooner and had a reply very fast saying no problem. Once there meet a lovely friendly lady who gave me the key and told me we’re our room was. The room was so pretty all exposed beams and very very very clean very quiet and everything you needed in the room was there. I e-mailed about few things wi-fi being one and got reply in seconds very very good customer service. When leaving again seen same lady she was very polite and asked how wedding went and if we enjoyed our stay. Myself and my mum would 100% stay there again if in the area and would recommend it as well very enjoyable stay thanks
− Nothing perfect
