Great for a place to sleep when at the coast and traveling with only essential items (clothes and toiletries).

− Room was small ( the size of a small bedroom )
Fine for a night, extra room for second bed was a bonus, but the hotel could use some TLC.
7.0The location is lovely. Short walk to the beach and a tasty coffee shop directly next door for the early morning caffeine fix.
− The property could use some upgrades in the furnishings and the walls could use fresh paint in spots.

− Rooms were small bad parking space. They never cleaned the room. You can hear everything going on in the next room
My Room was not very spacious… and we did not get a room turnover each day, I had to go to the manager and grab some cle

− The property itself is very nice and situated next to a great coffee shop and a brew pub/pub grub restaurant.

4.0− The room was much more dingey and run down then the photos. It smelled like cigarettes and hasn't had a deep clean in a long time. Walls very thin, could hear the person in the next room. Large gap between the front door and the floor.
