The location was stunning and had great ammenities for kids. The room was amazing and very comfortable. The activities were great. The staff were lovely.

− Some of it is a bit run down such as the playground with some dangerous rust and broken parts. The slide at the pool is also in need of attention. Some of the decking needs to be replaced to be safe. It is a very pricey resort so the facilities should reflect this

The kids club was amazing. The staff were lovely and it was the perfect place to holiday with a toddler. Our room was beautiful, food was great. The island was amazing. We did upgrade to the beachfront spa villa.

We had the most wonderful 7-night stay at Erakor Island Resort, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The location is simply perfect. The resort sits on its own beautiful little island, surrounded by crystal-clear water, coral reefs, and a gorgeous beach. Despite feeling secluded and peaceful, it’s incredibly easy to get to the mainland thanks to the frequent boat transfers. What made our stay so special, however, was the people. Every single member of staff was exceptionally warm, kind, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our holiday memorable. A special thank you to Frida at the Kids Club, who was absolutely fantastic with our son. She played volleyball with us, made him feel so included, and always greeted us with a smile. She is a real asset to the resort. We’d also like to thank Anna, who hosts the restaurant and mentors the waitstaff. Her warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made every meal a pleasure. The entire restaurant team was wonderful. The food was consistently delicious, the cocktails were excellent, and the breakfasts were among the best we’ve had at any resort. The reception team was also outstanding. Richard and his colleagues were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local advice and making everything effortless from the moment we arrived. We also want to acknowledge the wonderful female manager at reception, whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch, but whose kindness and hospitality did not go unnoticed. The island itself has such a peaceful atmosphere, yet there were plenty of enjoyable activities organised throughout the week, creating a lovely balance between relaxation and entertainment. We left Erakor Island feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and already dreaming of coming back. The warmth and genuine hospitality we experienced here—and throughout Vanuatu—made this one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. Paradise! The friendliest island

Staff were so friendly, especially the kids club. Incredible location, rustic, not too many people on phones being miserable. Lovely, relaxed vibe. Paradise!

− Food at the restaurant could be better. It’s not bad by any means, but that would be my only improvement
