− The room was not comfortable. Bathroom is zero with water coming out to the room. No toiletries. Start calling to ask as if I beg to lodge
Quite disappointed!
5.0The pool area was fine and also the gym. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was very good and the personnel there were nice and friendly. Friendly service there.
− The majority of the staff was arrogant and very unwilling to help in any matter. "Can you come later", was a phrase we heard a lot. It took us more than an hour to check in (without queue).They started to fuss about us not having breakfast included, even though it clearly stated so in the booking.
