6.0Space is excellent. Cleanliness is OK. Staff is very helpful. There is no elevator in the facility. Facility needs to be better. Maintained such as shower, tap and Heating, etc.

Umaid Palace Kota...Grand but unkempt
6.0They really need to do something about maintaining the property before it crumbles. Unfortunately, it still is the better property in that city

James Bond would love it
10.0It felt like a 1960 James Bond movie. Luxurious, spacious, grand. But it also felt dated. Everything about the staff was first class, they extended that extra effort that makes all the difference. I would highly recommend unless 1960 bathrooms the size of a house somehow bother you.
