10.0Unfortunately, the owner is selling. She is a gracious host and the property is dialed in as a tidy and comfortable guest accommodation. A quiet location — a convenient half mile outside of Waterville just off the "main" road.

10.0I had a flat tire, but John kindly waited for me to arrive, quite late! Mary insisted on making sure I had some sandwiches on the way out the door. ☺️🌠I slept soundly and would gladly return for a longer stay.
