The worst experience ever. Absolutely do not recommend.

− This was, without question, one of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences we have ever had while travelling. The apartment was in a poor state of repair and cleanliness. We found stained sofa cushions, dirty and damaged walls, rust-covered bathroom fixtures, visible grime around the shower, loose fittings, insects inside the apartment, and numerous other maintenance issues. We documented everything with photographs. The most serious incident occurred when the bathroom door jammed and we were unable to open it. We became trapped inside. The first maintenance worker spent several minutes trying to open the door using two different keys but was unsuccessful. Only after a second maintenance worker arrived with another key was the door finally opened. This was clearly a maintenance failure. Instead of apologizing for such a serious incident, the owner chose to accuse me of damaging the property. I was sent WhatsApp messages claiming that I had ripped off the door handle “in anger.” This is completely false. We have three witnesses who saw the maintenance worker struggling with the locked bathroom door before another key was brought. The owner also falsely claimed that I was only complaining because I wanted a free late checkout, free pool access, or free accommodation. This has absolutely nothing to do with our complaint. Ironically, it was the owner who had previously offered complimentary benefits in exchange for my professional photography and video services. At no point did we ask for anything for free. We simply expected the property to take responsibility for a serious maintenance issue. What is most shocking is not that something broke—maintenance issues can happen anywhere. What is unacceptable is the way we were treated afterwards.
