Deeply frustrated with poor service
1.0− This booking was made six(6) months in advance of our requirements with confirmation of the booking by the owner / Booking.Com. Despite being sent a 'request to cancel' the message was not displayed appropriately or clearly on the Booking.Com service, nor was it raised or sent as an unread / information message in any format. Furthermore the owner failed to send an appropriate email at the time to fully support such a request/confirmation of status. Consequently we have incurred considerable subsequent expense as a result of not being properly informed in a timely manner by either Booking.Com or the owner. The owner claimed to have been 'de-registered' with Booking.Com when making the original booking and therefore could not provide the service offered and yet confirmed - however still managed to send and communicate an email on the day of our arrival confirming the cancellation. It is disappointing that this email could not have been sent more appropriately in January when we would have happily made other arrangements. Note to Booking.Com - Get your act together please !!! If a service deregisters - DO IT - you are doing neither yourselves nor your 'customers' any service whatsoever and there are of course alternatives.

9.0Ideal for me as I was working in thr theatre in Malvern and only returning to the digs gone midnight. The do it yourself Breakfast was thus great as I could have a late breakfast.
− A little bit out of Malvern and really too far to walk in and parking in Malvern is not easy.
