6.0The location is good - in the old town. BUT it says it is a hotel but it's more like a well decorated private house. The staff is not friendly or polite. We had booked via Hotels.com a room with a balcony but I got a message that there is a problem and that we will be given another room and that I can cancel if I wish. However, on Hotels.com there was no free cancellation so I had to keep the booking. When we arrived we were given a room that is in the basement level, no real windows, quite dark. The double bed is actually two single beds pushed together and it's not comfortable. For 1 night it was ok but I would not recommend for longer stays.
Fabulous old mansion edge of Old Town
10.0Fabulous old mansion converted to antique luxury hotel, room 302 with spacious balcony with a view, edge of quaint Old Town. Owner helpful tho a grump. Gorgeous place tho only 2 of 7 accessible electrical outlets worked for charging. Highly recommended tho elevator only one floor of four.
