Amazing experience in the Amazon, but the hotel itself was disappointing and the pricing felt very misleading.
1.0The tours and tour guides were the highlight of the trip, and the Amazon experience itself was incredible. The location in Leticia was also convenient and made it easy to explore the area.
− The quality of the hotel and room was disappointing, and I felt misled about pricing throughout my stay. I found a large cockroach in my room the first night, and housekeeping even took my personal towel and socks while cleaning. The owner booked tours through outside agencies while charging me far more than the actual listed prices, and when I politely questioned the costs, she became angry and dismissive instead of explaining them clearly. I also experienced repeated confusion and lack of transparency around pricing and tour arrangements, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
