6.0Staff was more than helpful and kind. Conditions in room had bed bugs. Thought it was just sand in the bed, but blood marks all over and blisters from bites all over us.

8.0We loved the suites and the infrastructure of the hotel which is really beatifull. The restaurants are good, but the reservation wasnt working on the app, so we needed to go to an office to make the reservations. We had a room near to the main pool that was a little noisy for us (it doesnt go late into the night which is good), but lowering the volume a little would make the whole experience better. Overall, a very good experience, the birds are beautifull, the beach is amazing. On the other hand, the staff is not always polite or helpful (they almost look annoyed). When we had an issue with our room door not opening, the golf cart driver left us without waiting as requested, leaving us stuck with our 1 year old baby far from the lobby. At some bars, staff hide to avoid taking orders, and you have to insist to be served.
